MOE

Is Colombia's political-electoral information system, a mechanism that allows the capture, systematization and publication of relevant information on electoral matters.

The Electoral Observation Mission (MOE) is a platform of civil society organizations that promotes the exercise of civil and political rights of citizens through:

• Encourage the active participation of civil society in democratic processes.

• To carry out electoral monitoring and observation processes.

• To educate and train in the exercise of political rights, electoral regulations and social and political control.

• Research and promote legal initiatives in aspects related to citizen participation, political parties, the electoral regime and the deepening of democracy.

The foundation is based on independence, rigor and objectivity; international standards of free, fair and transparent elections; and close collaboration with actors that promote democratic values.
