Project Summary
The Ibero-American Digital Repository provides access to the regulatory frameworks of Ibero-American countries related to the main thematic axes of the Ibero-American Charter of Principles and Rights in Digital Environments (CIPDED).
The information included is validated by each country, making the Repository the most comprehensive and up-to-date official database in Ibero-America related to the digital transformation process.
It currently contains information from 17 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay.
The Repository allows searching by topic, country, and/or type of regulation and features the IberA virtual assistant, an AI tool for in-depth searches.
